Juan Pablo Montoya is Bringing His Super Bad Indy Car For Texas

If this doesn't look like the week to ride Juan Pablo Montoya to victory lane, there really aren't that many until he rolls into Sonoma. Not only did his team have things figured out at Charlotte testing last month with the new spoiler, but they are bringing his best car ever for this weeks race at Texas.

Brian Pattie and the No. 42 team will bring chassis #819 this weekend. This is a veteran chassis that was used in Atlanta earlier this season where Montoya started and qualified third.

It also ran six times in the 2009 season finishing in the top-five three times at Pocono (August), Atlanta (September), and California (October). This is also the chassis used in the Brickyard where Montoya dominated, leading 116 laps before finishing 11th. The other two races ran were Michigan (August) and Texas (November) where it finished 19th and 37th.
