Brad Keselowski steals one at Fonatana

Brad Keselowski best Fontana finish was 18th before winning Sunday
The final race of NASCAR's West Coast swing proved to be a nailbiter.

In his second race of the season since NASCAR lifted his suspension, pole winner Kurt Busch led the most laps but Brad Keselowski led the only lap that matters. In the second attempt at a green-white-checkered finish, Keselowski took the lead on the final lap and came away with the win in the Auto Club 400 at Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, Calif. It's his first Sprint Cup win at the track.

“It was really an up and down day, for sure, but as a team and Paul (Wolfe, crew chief) and the guys on pit road kept fighting," Keselowski said in a Ford press release following the win. "At the end, we caught some breaks and made the most of the breaks we caught, and that was kind of the story of our race."

Matt Kenseth was in the lead with 15 laps to go but a caution for debris brought the yellow flag out. A broken axle for Kenseth dropped the No. 20 car to the rear. Harvick left pit road in first but Busch took the lead back with 11 laps remaining and was in contention for a victory. Another caution for debris resulted in the first attempt at a green-white-checkered finish.
