ADVANCE NOTES
Biffle at Kansas

o Kansas is the track where Biffle holds his best average finish of 10.1 from an average starting position of 14.9.

o In his 14 career Cup Series starts at the 1.5-mile track, Biffle has two wins, seven top-five and nine top-10 finishes.
· The Car

o Chassis RK-863 finished ninth at Michigan in August after suffering some damage to the nose after contact on pit road.

Earlier This Season At Kansas
o Biffle has one of the most successful track records at the 1.5-mile speedway, but a loose-handling Ford plagued the 3M team. Just when things were taking a turn for the better, the caution came out while the field was cycling through green flag stops. Biffle took the “wave around” to be back on the lead lap and worked his way up to a 19th-place finish.

Winning History with Sherwin Williams
o Biffle drove a Sherwin Williams car to victory in 2010 at Kansas Speedway.

Meet Greg Biffle
o Greg will be signing autographs on Thursday, October 3rd at Sherwin William’s located at 7000 Johnson Dr., Mission, KS beginning at 5pm.

Biffle on Kansas:
“I feel really good about Kansas this weekend. We’ve got a lot of speed in our cars and 1.5-mile tracks are our favorite type of tracks. I like Kansas and have a couple of wins there. We’ve been running well and we have a strong opportunity to get our first win of the Chase. Even though the tire for this weekend is different than what we tested a little while back, I think we still learned a lot. We’ve got to get a win this weekend to get back in the Chase.”

Puccia on Kansas:
“Kansas has been a pretty good track for us. It has similar characteristics as far as grip and handling package to Michigan. We were fortunate enough to participate in the Goodyear tire test about a month ago and think that will help us some this weekend. We are looking to get a good run and improve on our Championship standings.”
