From the Cockpit:
Matt Kenseth:
“We really need to go to Martinsville this weekend and have a good run while also doing the things that I know we’re capable of doing these final four weeks of the season. I really am looking forward to going to Martinsville, because looking at the next three races, I really feel the most confident heading into this weekend. It is a track however that you can have a lot of trouble and where things can go wrong, so hopefully we can get a solid run in on Sunday. We actually were leading the race last year towards the end, but then Jeff (Gordon) ended up beating me. It was really fun to battle with him up front, and I was just happy to be challenging for the lead at a track that has always been a challenge for me.”

From the Pit Box:
Jason Ratcliff:
“Martinsville is kind of like Bristol in the sense where it’s a big deal to win a race there because you really just fight to survive. I feel that we’ve had three great races there since Matt (Kenseth) has joined the No. 20 team where we were able to lead for a lot of laps. I think that we have an opportunity to win there because our cars have been great. I think that everyone was still caught off guard in the spring this year with the new rules package and that the track wasn’t rubbering up as well as it had in the past. Martinsville is very temperamental to the outdoor temps, but I’m looking forward to our weekend and know that we have a strong DG Toyota that we’re bringing with us.”
