Edwards on Sonoma:
“Right now we as a group obviously struggled at Michigan and we feel like we’ve got our short track road course package developed pretty well. As a group I think that all of us are excited to go to Sonoma. For me particularly I look forward to it based on our third place run last year and our really good road race efforts lately. My pit crew has been great and Jimmy Fennig has been calling great races, so all of that stuff will come into play at Sonoma. The big unknown is qualifying and how that will go. I think that’s going to be really interesting. Overall we had a great road course test recently and with Marcos and his group they always set the standard and we are able to lean on them a little bit. I think it will be a fun race. Aflac is onboard and we are going to have a lot of fun out there in the Napa area with the Aflac folks. They bring some really important clients and friends out and make a fun weekend of it and that is always enjoyable. Hopefully we can break through and I can get my first cup win at a road course, that would be a blast.”
