Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond International Raceway
No. 19 ARRIS Toyota News and Notes:
RICHMOND: Edwards and the No. 19 ARRIS team travel to Richmond International Raceway for the last race before the Chase for the Sprint Cup. Edwards beat his Joe Gibbs Racing teammate, Kyle Busch on the last lap for the win in the spring race for one of the most exciting finishes in 2016. He has had success there with two Sprint Cup Series wins in 2013 and 2016, and three Xfinity Series wins in 2005, 2008 and 2011.
EDWARDS BY THE NUMBERS: In 24 Sprint Cup Series starts at Richmond, Edwards has completed 9,389 of 9,616 laps (97.6 percent) and has led for a total of 639 laps. Edwards has earned two wins, five top-five and 12 top-10 finishes there. His average start is 12.8 and his average finish is 13.5.
RACE INFO: Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond International Raceway (.75-mile) begins at 7:30 p.m. ETon Saturday, September 10th. The race will be broadcast live on NBCSN, Sirius XM Channel 90 and MRN Radio.

Carl Edwards: “We had a blast racing in the Spring at Richmond. We want to go back there and have another great race. We have ARRIS SURFboard colors on the car, which is pretty cool. ARRIS has been a lot of fun to work with so far this year and we would love to get them to victory lane. Richmond is always a fun racetrack and the way this down force package and the tires work together, I mean you are driving your guts out there, especially toward the end of the run. I am really looking forward to this race, it is pure fun and it would be neat to go into the Chase with another victory, if we can get to victory lane. It’s just a really good time, looking forward to it.”

Dave Rogers: “We’re looking forward to returning to Richmond with our ARRIS SURFboard No. 19. We had a lot of fun up there in the spring and look to do more of the same this fall. The car looks sharp with the JGR silver anniversary numbers on the side and the team is very hungry.”
